Facilities.ie offer a range of internal and external building maintenance services provided by fully qualified trades people working under stringent pre-agreed service level agreements. These services can be provided as part of an integrated scheduled maintenance package or as a stand-alone contracts.

Our building services include (but are not limited to) surveys, inspections, roof repairs, brickwork repairs, door and hinge repairs and replacement, lock replacement, stair repairs, ceiling tile replacement, redecoration, carpeting and specialist floor repair and covering, glazing replacement and access control, security review and alarm maintenance and installation, chimney cleaning, plumbing works, electrical – lighting lift, maintenance and repair, lift repairs . [put this in a better list format as you use the word repairs intermittently] All our works are guaranteed and are priced on a fixed price basis. We offer fully detailed quotes which provide full transparency of pricing and all our works are fully insured. We can complete projects from one off requests and l scheduled maintenance contracts . Large scale commercial development services can be offered through our sister company, Ardcastle.
